    elise and hunter, you guys are so diffrent it is funny. i have been "obsesed" with books before, but not enough to write a hole blogg about it! and it siad in the story that ponyboy is not cut, he is so!!!!!!!!!

    What? when did it say hi didn't get cut? Here is a direct quote from the book:

    The blade must have slipped while he was trying to shut me up.

    and also:

    "Nice-lookin' bruise you got there, kid."
    I touched my cheek gingerly. "Really?"
    Two-Bit nodded sagely. "Nice cut, too. Makes you look tough."
